ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Estaphany Michel State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

About the Agency: Our office is a growing Agency. We have been in Culver City area since 2019. We enjoy serving our customers and community. Our State Farm Agency has over 250 + google reviews from our customers. Our goal is to continue to grow within our community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
  • Answer phones and process policy changes for auto, home, and business insurance. 
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through our platforms. 
  • Be able to deescalate difficult situations with customers concerns. 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Property and Casuality license required to apply for this position. 
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Spanish Bilingual preferred. 
  • Be able to use outlook, cisco phones and Teams. 
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
